"Date & Nut Energy Balls" – No Sugar, No Guilt!

 Ingredients (Serves ~10 balls):

  • 1 cup seedless dates (soft or soaked for 10 min in warm water)

  • ½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews — your choice)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional for flavor)




 Instructions:

  1. Blend the nuts in a mixer until coarse.

  2. Add dates (drained if soaked), chia seeds, and cinnamon.

  3. Pulse together till it forms a sticky dough.

  4. Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.

  5. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes, or eat fresh!
