"Date & Nut Energy Balls" – No Sugar, No Guilt!
Ingredients (Serves ~10 balls):

1 cup seedless dates (soft or soaked for 10 min in warm water)

½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews — your choice)

1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)

½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional for flavor)
Instructions:

Blend the nuts in a mixer until coarse.

Add dates (drained if soaked), chia seeds, and cinnamon.

Pulse together till it forms a sticky dough.

Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.

Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes, or eat fresh!
